Medicare patients
We are pleased to inform our Medicare patients that we will continue to accept Medicare insurance*.

This allows us to continue to provide care for covered conditions and access to treatments including anti-amyloid therapies like Leqembi and Kisunla.

*We are a non-participating out-of-network provider for all Medigap and Advantage Plans. Check with your plan administrator if out-of-network costs can be reimbursed.
The DEtails
Direct Neurology plans to be a Medicare Non-Participating provider, and Out-of-Network with all insurance providers. What this means:

-
Original Medicare (Part B):
We accept assignment. We will collect a co-insurance payment at the time of your visit and provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your Medigap insurer for reimbursement

-
Most other insurance plans
(including Medicare Advantage PPOs):
We are out-of-network. We will collect the full service cost at the time of your visit, and provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Please contact the benefits number on your insurance card to inquire about out-of-network coverage and reimbursement. You may also find helpful information on the Medicare website.

-
Medicare Advantage HMOs:
We are out-of-network and non-participating. Unfortunately, this means we would need to collect a cash co-insurance payment at the time of your visit and you would sign an acknowledgment that you are not likely to be reimbursed by your HMO. Please check carefully with your insurer before scheduling a visit.
