Meet Dr. Sadikovic
I founded Direct Neurology inspired by one principle: “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” We provide personalized, specialized care designed to maintain your brain health and give you peace of mind.
Born to physician parents, I was inspired early by their compassion and dedication to helping others. After moving to the U.S., I earned a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley, conducted neurobiology research at UCSF, received my medical degree from UC Davis School of Medicine, and completed a neurology residency at North Shore University Hospital and a vascular fellowship at UC San Diego. I have cared for patients across hospital, telehealth, and clinic settings, focusing on aging-related neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.

I founded Direct Neurology in 2024 after repeatedly seeing how traditional insurance-based systems limit the care patients deserve. Serving the Danville community, our concierge, membership-based practice is built around personalized, prevention-focused neurological care that looks beyond quick visits and short-term fixes. The intention is to work closely with each patient, offering expert insight, consistent support, and a steady focus on protecting and strengthening long-term neurological health.

Looking for a one-time consult?
Book an hour and a half initial consultation with Dr. Sadikovic at Direct Neurology. This appointment can be in person in our Walnut Creek clinic, just a short drive from Danville, or via telehealth. You will receive a thorough assessment of your needs and a discussion of care options moving forward. You can book a one-time follow up for a review of test or lab results and advice on next steps.
Need a second opinion?
Book a visit and provide us your records, and we'll perform an extensive review of the case prior to your appointment. A subsequent one-time follow up appointment is available with this option as well.
Pricing:
Initial Consultation: $495 / Second Opinion: $595 / One-time Follow Up $295.
Initial Fees are creditable toward your annual membership, if you subsequently choose to join.

Do you offer in-person and video visits?
Yes, Dr. Sadikovic offers both in-person visits in her clinic located just a short drive from Danville and also video visits. With the exception of the annual comprehensive exam, which is best done in person (some neurological complaints can have initial evaluation via video), the rest of the appointments can be done via video. For the ultimate in care, our Platinum membership includes in-home visits.
