Meet Dr. Sadikovic
I founded Direct Neurology inspired by one principle: “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” We provide personalized, specialized care designed to maintain your brain health and give you peace of mind.
Born to physician parents, I was inspired early by their compassion and dedication to helping others. After moving to the U.S., I earned a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley, conducted neurobiology research at UCSF, received my medical degree from UC Davis School of Medicine, and completed a neurology residency at North Shore University Hospital and a vascular fellowship at UC San Diego. I have cared for patients across hospital, telehealth, and clinic settings, focusing on aging-related neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.

Frustrated by the limitations of traditional, volume-based systems, I founded Direct Neurology in 2024 to offer a patient-centric model that matches the innovative spirit of Fremont. I've been delighted to serve residents from Fremont and the surrounding Tri City communities and to ensure they receive the personalized and proactive neurological care needed to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

One-Time Consult & Second Opinion
Looking for a one-time consult?
Book an hour and a half initial consultation with Dr. Sadikovic at Direct Neurology. This appointment can be in person in our Walnut Creek clinic, accessible to our Fremont residents able to make the drive, or via telehealth. You will receive a thorough assessment of your needs and a discussion of care options moving forward. You can book a one-time follow up for a review of test or lab results and advice on next steps.

Need a second opinion?
Book a visit and provide us your records, and we'll perform an extensive review of the case prior to your appointment. A subsequent one-time follow up appointment is available with this option as well.
Pricing:
Initial Consultation: $495 / Second Opinion: $595 / One-time Follow Up $295.
Initial Fees are creditable toward your annual membership, if you subsequently choose to join.

What are some common reasons to see a neurologist?
As a concierge neurologist, Dr Sadikovic treats a wide range of neurological and related conditions of patients in the Tri City area. She treats patients with stroke, migraines, dementia, parkinsons, back and spine issues, MS, neuropathy and other neurological disorders. She focuses on complete diagnosis, comprehensive care, and preventive strategies.
Do you offer in-person and video visits?
Yes, Dr. Sadikovic offers both in-person visits in her clinic located just a ~50 minute drive from Fremont and also video visits. With the exception of the annual comprehensive exam, which is best done in person (some neurological complaints can have initial evaluation via video), the rest of the appointments can be done via video. For the ultimate in care, our Platinum membership includes in-home visits.
